Hey Every Birdie, here we see a beautifull Platycercus adscitus palliceps (pale-headed Rosella Parakeet) which is a sub-species of the P. a. adscitus (blue-cheeked Rosella Parakeet) The nominate sub-species being very similar but displaying a much darker blue abdomen, breast & lower part of cheeks while palliceps display white cheeks, pale-blue (whitish-blue) abdomen & troath.
