The large blue (Phengaris arion) is a species of butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. The large blue butterflies can be found in Europe, the Caucasus, Armenia, western Siberia, Altai, north-western Kazakhstan and Sichuan.
The chalkhill blue (Polyommatus coridon) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. This species can be found in the Palearctic ecozone (west Europe, south Europe, central Europe, Asia Minor, south Urals, northwest Turan).
The Adonis blue (Polyommatus bellargus) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found in the Palearctic ecozone (Western Europe, Central Europe, South Europe, South Russia, Iraq, Iran, Caucasus, Transcaucasus, Turkey).
The common blue (Polyommatus icarus) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. This species is widespread over much of the Palaearctic in temperate Asia and Europe.
The silver-studded blue (Plebejus argus) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It occurs throughout the Palearctic ecozone.
The brown argus (Aricia agestis) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found throughout the Palearctic ecozone north to northern Jutland (Denmark) and east to Siberia and Tian Shan.
The northern brown argus or mountain argus (Aricia artaxerxes) is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae.It is found throughout much of the Palearctic ecozone. |
