Definately a centipede Millipedes have @ 100 sets of legs.

More differences:

Centipedes
1 pair of legs per segment
legs stand out, easily visible from above
bodyshape in cross-section somewhat flattened
carnivorous (predates on other invertebrates)
agile, quick moving

Millipedes
2 pairs of legs per segment (this is the key difference!)
legs downwards, short w.r.t. body diameter
bodyshape in cross-section round
herbivores
slow moving

Millepede (or Diplopoda) have _two_ pair of legs on each segment as
one can see from it's Latin name. Legs are short and do not go apart.

Nice picture. Was it active when you shoot it?
