I once saw a nature special showing Reindeer/Caribou migrating. During an arial view of them getting ready to cross a river one leaped over the river seeming to swim or fly through the sky and landed on the other side. There was no camera close up or following it. Unfortunately I did not have a VDO recorder, and forget where it came from.
I am at pesent trying to find a picture of a reindeer leaping or flying over a river, etc. to add to my web site either alone or as part of a web site, and any other pictures, infromatin, etc. of them in flight.
After seeing that and much later reading the Flight Of The Reindeer by Robert Sullevin which has photos of flying reindeer including one from USDA of reindeer flying over a herd of reindeer I created Flying Reindeer Snack And How Santa's Reindeer Fly [O__} : : : :
