I've seen pictures of this so called Australian Shepherd, and having
lived in Australia for 50 years, I should know, They don't exist here.
They are a Yankee invention, beautique breed,

Not really... They got their name because Australian (and Basque)
immigrants used them as herding dogs back in the mid to late 1800s.
Since then, there's been a solid breeding population present and
they've been recognized as a separate breed since at least the 20s.

Too smart for their own good sometimes... :) Woodstock is very clever
about getting into trouble, but I wouldn't trade him for anything --
that endearing smile he has would win over anybody.
