The Luzon Hornbill or Calao De Manille (Penelopides manillae) is a species of hornbill in the Bucerotidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

The subspecies from Poillo island (penelopides manillae subnigra), is the only subspecies of this hornbill to be kept in captivity. There is a pair at Frankfurt zoo. The Poillo island subspecies, was hunted for meat, but now is considered to be safe as a new hunting ban has been enforced.
