This is a Filefish of some sort. Filefishes are similar to triggerfishes,
but with a single spine in the first dorsal fin (which can be seen very
well in the pictures), whereas a triggerfish has three spines. I was unable
to identify the species (I did encounter a Unicorn Filefish, but that has
a diifferent (longer) shape). A Unicorn fish is a species of Surgeonfish
with usually a horn on the head (but some species of the same genus have
smooth heads, to make things more complicated)

>I was unable to identify the species
Genus probably Monacanthus
Species could be M. ciliatus (Fringed Filefish)

Japanese Filefish Paramonacanthus japonicus looks like it.
Coloration is without useful features, leaving many possibilities open.

i was found this fish in east coast of india, in portonovo coastal waters, but so much contradiction is there for correct name of this species. some sources shows that it is Paramonacanthus japonicus, it may due to color variation deficlties occures.
