New Holland honeyeaters

This little mum made her nest in a pot plant at my friend's house. We could
watch her coming and going feeding the baby as we had coffee. I decided it
would be a good chance to document their progress as the nest was easily
accessible to photograph, but alas one evening we found the nest pulled down
and baby gone. Obviously a cat got it, as it was under shelter, and not
affected by wind or weather.... :-( :-(
