I am not sure, but I think this is a Goshawk
(Accipiter gentilis) (Dutch: Havik)
or a related species of hawk.

This is a beautiful picture of an European Goshawk, with one exception.
The beak is severely overgrown. If this is a falconry bird, it needs
"coping"it is a zoo bird, contact a qualified falconer.
