Could be a female sunbird,
but I am far from sure,
and even if I am right,
there are many sdpecies of sunburd...
Do you know where the photo was taken?

This is a sunbird (Nectariniidae) of some kind. These little birds are
notoriously difficult to distinguish; there are many species that are very
similar, and they often have metallic colors that do not show up well in
photos.
This *could* be an Amethyst Sunbird (Chalcomitra amethystea), but it is really
impossible to be sure. There are at least 4 - 5 other species that one might
consider.
In my opinion, this one will have to remain unidentified.
