Isn't that a prairie dog that the bobcat has caught?
Neither it's tail, nor its face resemble that of a squirrel, while resembling that of a prairie dog much more closely.

It's actually a Ground Squirrel ... possibly a Columbian Ground Squirrel. It is far too small for a prarie dog. Great shot though!
