My recent visit to Kruezen Animal Park (Germany) - Emu Chicken
Hi again,
thought I'd mix in some pics from my recent visit to Kruezen Animal
Park, located in Schleswig-Holstein in the north of Germany (That's
where I live).
This is an Emu chicken, looking sort of confused (remember Daffy Duck in
the "Bugs Bunny" toon series? That's it :-))
Greetings -
Ralf

=======
The common emu or emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae), also known as great emu, is the second-largest living bird by height. It is endemic to Australia where it is the largest native bird and the only extant member of the genus Dromaius. The emus' range covers most of mainland Australia.
