Artist Unknown (anonymous Chinese artist).
Title
English: Boorong Antoo; Owl.
Description
English: A watercolour drawing of the oriental bay owl (Phodilus badius; known in Malay as the burung hantu ("ghost bird")), perched on an angsana tree (Pterocarpus indicus).
