The owl that is shown in the picture is a Young Ural Owl
(Strix uralensis). It is a very close cousin to the
British Tawny Owl (Strix aluco).
Hence the reason it looks very similar to a Young Tawny.

The Ural owl (Strix uralensis) is a large nocturnal owl. It is a member of the true owl family, Strigidae. This forest owl is typical associated with the vast taiga forest in Eurosiberia. Ural owls tend to occur in mature but not too dense primary forest, which can variously be in coniferous, mixed or deciduous areas.
