The stripe-tailed goanna (Varanus caudolineatus) is a species of monitor lizard native to the forests of Western Australia. They grow to around 91 mm in snout to vent length. Its favoured habitats are grasslands, woodlands, and shrublands, and it appears to inhabit a wide range of habitats dominated by acacia and spinifex. Order: Squamata, Suborder: Lacertilia, Family: Varanidae.
