아마도 10월 중순 이후부터 11월 중순까지 적은 수가 통과하는 종인 듯합니다.
대부분 숲 내부 또는 관목 안에서 먹이활동을 하는 듯한데 간혹 이렇게 개방된 곳에도 나온답니다.
비번식기라서 그런가요.. 가을철에 만난 개체들은 하나같이 부리색이 엷은 검은색을 띠내요.
여름에는 노란기운이 강한 것 같구요.
