Hi, this Parrot is without a doubt a specimen out of Brotogeris Genus where we find 7 distinct species. I'd say most probably the Brotogeris jugularis (orange-chinned Parakeet)'s exsul (easterned Tovi) sub-species or less probably Brotogeris tirica (Plain Parakeet) Best regards, St??phane aka Tintin, Ruby Eyes Aviary.
