ERROR : Server Busy(-1105) Photos of a thrush-like manakin, made by Brian O'Shea in the
Thrushlike manakin, Thrush-like Schiffornis in Suriname

Photos of a thrush-like manakin, made by Brian O'Shea in the
Ralleigh Falls nature reserve in 2002. A difficult bird to
recognise, it is all olive brown-green. It is bigger, with larger
eyes, than most other (female) manakins (see for instance the
 female
 white-crowned manakin
 ) that
have about the same shape and color. It is mostly recognised by
 its voice.
Each small square indicates the observation of at least one
(group) of these birds in Surinam, the medium ones at least 4
observations on different days and the largest ones 10 or more.
The color of each square indicates: blue for coastal area, yellow
for savanna and red for rainforest.
