Size: 16cm
Habitat: Distributed from Cape York down the coast to central NSW, this bird prefers moist forests and mangroves. Feeds on insects, spiders and snails.
Notes: Black patches over eyes, grey crown and wings, rusty coloured chest and throat, white belly, black tail with white tip. Breeds Spring-Summer.
