I think it is a Guitarfish, probably a
Bowmouth Guitarfish (Rhina ancylostomus)
I found the animal in a book on=20
south-african sharks and rays (see attachment)
Guitarfishes actually belong to the rays
despite their sharklike appearance
One indication for this could be the gill slits
at the underside of the body that I think
to see on the photograph
