Haven't seen much of the magpie family since the rains began. I hope (and
think) the ground is soft enough for them to go out looking for "bush
tucker" The once, or twice I have seen them in the last couple of weeks,
they have very dirty and muddy beaks. Even the one with the broken beak
came with mud caked under his tongue. |
