Habitat: Found across Australia's top end south to northern NSW, this raptor inhabits coastal forests. Feeds on frogs, reptiles and small insects.
Notes: Grey crested bird with distinctive barring across chest, thicker barring on tail, eyes bright yellow. Breeds Spring-Summer.
