Hecate butterfly - Hecate.jpg
This is the hecate butterfly (Heliconius Hecate). I took this one at
Butterfly World in Ft Lauderdale.
For those interested: Minolta 800si, Minolta 100mm Macro, a Minolta
Macro 1200n Ring Light and Elitechrome Extra Color 100 ISO. I also used
a circular polarizer. Shot in aperture preferred mode at f32 and 1/250
sec. Scanned in HP PhotoSmart with Vuescan 6.1.
