Hello... You obviously took this picture in Central or South America, because this snake is a nice example of a Tropical Chicken Snake (Spilotes p. pullatus). It inhabits the entire Panama area, Trinidad, Tobago, Surinam,Guyana, and south to Argentina. I have a good friend that breeds these and many other species.
