Leopards often have their hard-earned meal stolen from them by lions or hyenas
and so they haul the carcass high into a tree. They drink the blood and will
sometimes pluck the fur or feathers from prey before starting to eat.
From 'Hunters of the Wild' by Michael Bright subtitled 'hunting animals and
their strategies'.
