They were at-least 10 in number.
This happened just after the fire in our open field next to our compound. I was out on some work, heading back home saw the wild fire. Someone had thrown fire at the dried grass in the backyard, this is done intentionally. The reason might be just evil mind or those who find hard move around in this tall dried grass field. Everyday visitors at this place: BR Warbler, Grey-breasted Prinia, Bulbuls, WB Kingfisher, Dragons, G Bee-Eaters and tailor birds. hmm, will see less activity until it regains its greenery!

Black Kite (Milvus migrans) is a medium-sized bird of prey in the family Accipitridae. The Black Kite is a widespread species throughout the temperate and tropical parts of Eurasia and parts of Australasia. Curiously, it is not found in the Indonesian archipelago between the South East Asian mainland and the Wallace Line. |
