Tintin
Hey Every Birdie,
here we are seing an Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus (Hyacinth Macaw) specimen. Hyacinth Macaws are entirely cobalt (dark-blue) coloured except for displaying yellow bare skin behind their beaks & yellow periophtalmic rings (bare skin around eyes)

P.S. Diane there is absolutely NO black Macaw species !

Best regards,
St??phane aka Tintin,
Ruby Eyes Aviary.

That's a Palm Cockatoo - Probosciger Atterimus, also known as "Black Macaw" by some people, but the main common name is "Palm cockatoo" so it is infact a "Black Macaw", but doesn't belong to the Macaw family.
