Tasmanian Wolf (Thylacine)

The Tasmanian Wolf was not a wolf nor a tiger. It was a marsupial, related to kangaroos.

I don´t remenber the name, but i saw a discovery channel program about this animal...
If someone just find anything about it, send me a message with the site, i want to have more information about it!

i saw this tasmanian tiger wolf 11 years ago in upstate new york, south of utica, ny. he was walking from a corn field, climbed onto the road and started walking past my car until he entered the far corn field. he did not make any noises and he did not bounce or hop like a kangaroo. his eyes stayed foucsed to his walking from my car to the corn field. when i saw four to five stripes on his left flank i smiled as i had discovered this extent animal. no pictures were taken and i spoke to very few people since i feared for its life. since we have museum owners taking an interest i feel quite save that this animal will not be harmed. also, despite my four feet distance from this animal i could not determine its sex. i assumed it was a male because he was large with a big lower jaw . if u need to correspond with me please do so. albert r. desalvatore, 61 hollywood dr., whitesboro, ny 13492 phone#: 315 736-0911. if i am not in leave me a message.
