My wife and I caught this monster about 11:30 in the morning. We both were fishing with squid and weren't getting any bites with it so we changed are bait and put on a pin fish about the size of a laptop mouse.And about 10min later eureka this is what we brought into the boat.....We haven't been able to find out if this was a record fish be it was very exciting to catch considering it was on 8 pound test line.But in the end we decided to let it go. Since it had to have been very old and we had never seen one that big before, and maybe some one else could catch this monster as well...weight was 9.2 54in long CAUGHT IN BAYPORT FLORIDA |
