This is Mango, my mangrove monitor. I've had him for over a year now. Very smart, and inquisitive. Loves to eat!! He is actually very docile. I have a rescue & sanctuary for large reptiles. I have many different monitor species and Mango is among my favorite. These days, they seem to be rare to find in pet stores, I haven't come across another. I just went to REPTILE SUPER SHOW '09.. they didn't even have ONE.
