The tropical striped triplefin, Helcogramma striatum, is a triplefin blenny of the genus Helcogramma, found in reefs in the western Pacific Ocean from Japan to Australia. It reaches a maximum length of 4 cm.
It is red with white stripes running the length of its body and white spots between the eyes.
It is normally found perched on coral or other hard surfaces where it watches for drifting plankton on which it feeds.
