Hi folks,
here is a shot taken during my visit in Nindorf Animal Park, North
Germany, last sunday which I strongly doubt any photo lab could have
made a decent print of. Looking at the negative you would see some
bright and some dark stains which would be hard to guess as what you see
in the pic attached. I had to use a gamma of 1.7 to make the scan look
this way but the Konica Centuria 400 in connexion with the Nikon
Coolscan does an excellent job in getting the shadows out. I shall
probably have a print made of this and show it off here do demonstrate
what a difference film scanning makes.
