It is some species of Toucanet (Aulacorhynchus)
probably the Groove-billed Toucanet (A. sulcatus)
or maybe the Emerald Toucanet (A. prasinus)

It is definitely an emerald toucanet, groove-billed toucanets have black and red bills. |
