우리벼메뚜기(Oxya sinuosa)는 메뚜기목 메뚜기과에 속하는 곤충으로, '벼메뚜기'라고도 불립니다. 주로 물가 주변의 벼과 식물에 살며, 몸길이는 약 21.5~35.7mm 정도입니다. 7월부터 11월까지 볼 수 있으며, 과거에는 식용으로도 사용되었습니다. 중국벼메뚜기의 아종(Oxya chinensis sinuosa) 지위일 때는 '벼메뚜기'로 불렸으나 종(Oxya sinuosa)으로 취급되면서 '우리벼메뚜기'로 불리는 것으로 보입니다.
