The Japanese Wood-pigeon (Columba janthina) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is found in China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and Taiwan.
Its natural habitats are temperate forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
