The Congo Bay-owl, Phodile De Prigogine, or Lechuza Del Congo (Phodilus prigoginei) is a species of owl in the Tytonidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly Burundi, and possibly Rwanda.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
