"my fav animal is a wolf and those wolves are so cute. it's sad though that they are in captivity."
Tala Danielle Cox (She who took the picture.)

"I suppose you could see it as sad, but I really don't. They get 15 well-fed years vs the wild's average of 4. They get pack interaction and quality meat versus the staples of 'pet' life, where they would have ended up without the Refuge (that, or dead). The lives they would have led without Mission Wolf would have been misrable. Wolves do not make pets, people. Remember that, cultivate that, respect that, and maybe someday these refuges won't be necessesary."

"even better when theres 2 wolfs!"
Tala Danielle Cox (She who took the picture)
============================================
"There were four in the pen, the four wolves I consider close friends. The rest of the refuge's 40 animals I only met through the fence, though as I was oft bearing food, I think they liked me."

Beautiful wolves! I think that them in captivity is better then outside with no support...And better off they are as well. Also, less endangerment to the human race as they are just making their way out there. |
