A skull of Dunkleosteus is on display in the Queensland Museum in Brisbane, Queensland (pictured).
Dunkleosteus is the main hazard in the Devonian section in the BBC television series Sea Monsters. In this documentary a number of theories regarding Dunkleosteus' capabilities and habits are depicted in action. These include such things as biting through a fish which is wrapped in chainmail, denting the spherical shark cage used in the documentary (a feat which not even the later megalodon could accomplish), and devouring a much younger Dunkleosteus without a second (or likely a first) thought.
In EVO - The Search for Eden, there are in Chapter 1: The World Before Land two evolvable Zinichthys (likely a misspelling of the placoderm genus Dinichthys) body parts: the second-best tail and best jaws available at the time. Also in the same chapter is the challenging Cave of Zinichthys, which contains fish resembling Dunkleosteus, although they are much smaller and may in fact be different placoderms from the same genus.
