The crusty nautilus or fuzzy nautilus (Allonautilus scrobiculatus) is a species of nautilus native to the waters around New Guinea, specifically New Britain and Milne Bay, and the Solomon Islands. Allonautilus scrobiculatus is instantly recognizable by the large open umbilicus. |
