Dicranocephalus agilis is a ground beetle of the family Stenocephalidae. The bugs grow 11.2 to 13.5 millimeters long. This brown-colored beetle with beige pattern is difficult to distinguish from Dicranocephalus medius and Dicranocephalus albipes, but is somewhat larger than Dicranocephalus medius and has a more elongated body. The species is spread from North Africa across the Mediterranean to the south of Scandinavia and the British Isles, and east to China. Order: Hemiptera, Suborder: Heteroptera, Family: Stenocephalidae, Genus: Dicranocephalus, Speies: Dicranocephalus agilis (Scopoli, 1763) |
