Tasmanian Devil - Sarcophilus harrisii
The only Tasmanian devils (Sarcophilus harrisii) in Europe live in Kopenhagen Zoo. The four animals are a present from the Tasmanian government to the King family of Danmark. The Tamanian Devil is the largest living carnivorous marsupial, and restricted to the Tasmanian island. "Sarcophilus" means "friend of cadaver".
