This is Tremor, our Russian Glass Lizard. Also known as a legless lizard. This is a larger breed, already over 3 feet in length. He looks much similiar to an alligator lizard with no legs. He does not move like a snake, he has eyelids and a lizard face. His tail is half the length of his body, which he can release anytime he feels threatened. They do need to be handled with extreme care, because of their tail release-mechanism. Once he lets it go, it may regenerate, however often times it won't or will take several years . |
