The felou gundi is a member of the family Ctenodactylidae and is one of the smallest mammals in its family. They are well-adapted to rocky environments, primarily found in the mountainous areas of the Maghreb region, including parts of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. These not-so-little creatures exhibit intriguing social behaviours and play an important role in their ecosystems. |
