Bennett's flying fish (Cheilopogon pinnatibarbatus) is a large, circumglobal, epipelagic species found in tropical and subtropical waters, growing up to 38–40 cm in length. It features an elongate body with a rectangular cross-section, dark blue colouration above and pale below, very long pectoral fins, and a deeply forked caudal fin with a longer lower lobe. |
