The white-faced ibis has a bare pink face bordered by white feathers. It has a grey bill, red legs and reddish eyes. Non-breeding birds lack the white colouration on the face. It is similar to the glossy ibis but the white-faced ibis has reddish eyes and the glossy ibis does not have a white face. |
