Harbor Porpoise
Pheobe was rescued off of Cape Cod where she was stranded. She is one of only two Harbor Porposes in captivity. Because she was recscued at such a young age and her recovery took so long, she has been deemed unreleasable into the wild as she has missed the critical learning period with her mom.
