Vancouver/Victoria area , maybe at Butchart Gardens. macky

The bird named in the subject line is a Red-Headed Cardinal, native to South
America and sometimes kept as a cage bird in Europe.

I think that this bird is called a Brazilian Crested Cardinal. I think
that to be photographed in Vancouver, it must be an escaped cage bird.
