고슴도치 Erinaceus europaeus koreensis
고슴도치과에 딸린 동물. 등 전체에 갈색과 흰색의 바늘같은 가시가 빽빽이 덮여 있다. 적이 가까이 오면 몸을 웅크리어 밤송이같이 만들어 자신을 방어한다. 몸길이 20~30cm, 꼬리 3~4cm쯤이며 겨울 동안에는 썩은 나무 틈 같은 곳에서 겨울잠을 잔다.
