Habitat: Inhabiting most of Australia this bird can be found in open woodland and forest edges. More active at night the Curlew feeds on insects and fruit.
Notes: Black bill, brown to white body, black eye stripe and large yellow eyes, long legs. Breeds Spring-Summer
