They could be polychaete worms (my best guess) or maybe tunicates or eggs of some animal. I wonder if the orange strings also belong with this species. Did you made this photograph and if so, did you see these animals often or just this occasion Were they swept ashore or do they live in the sand and were they still alive? (Any info may help) On a little search I encountered this site, where they might answer your question http://database.mbl.edu/SPECIMENS/phylum.taf?function=3Dform&page=3D2 I found two animals there having some similarities with your mystery mollusks attached here.
